Franklin County High School (FCHS) is proud to recognize Red Ribbon Week, which promotes healthy, drug-free living and positive choices. To celebrate, students are encouraged to get involved and participate in the activities.
In the business hallway is a “Living Drug Free” poster created by the FCHS Art Club. Students are invited to share their “natural high,” including activities, passions, and hobbies that keep them motivated, by adding it to a sticky note and placing it on the poster.

The great duck hunt has taken over the FCHS building. Tiny “drug-free ducks” have been hidden across the school. Students who find a hidden duck can turn it in to claim a Red Ribbon Week sticker and a gift card, courtesy of the ASAP Board.

FCHS has also launched the “Everyday Hero Nominations” for the week. Students and staff are encouraged to nominate individuals who spread positivity, stand up for what’s right, and show kindness.
At the end of the week, anyone who has participated in Red Ribbon Week activities will be entered into a raffle drawing for additional gift cards.

Have fun and be healthy, Flyers!
