Franklin County Schools (FCS) has opened Online Registration (OLR) for the 2026–2027 school year. All new and returning students must be registered through the OLR system.
OLR offers an accessible, user-friendly platform for families to enroll their children in FCS. Parents and guardians can use the link to access the system and select either “I’m New Here” or “I’m a Returning Parent” at the bottom of the homepage. The digital system allows families to register all of their children at once, eliminating the need to fill out multiple paper enrollment forms.
Additionally, parents and guardians can view and sign all required paperwork electronically in one secure location. Once a family registers with FCS for the first time, their information is saved for future years, requiring only quick updates moving forward.
If a parent or guardian is unable to complete the process at home, FCS has registration kiosks available at every school. Families are encouraged to contact their child’s school to check kiosk availability or to schedule an appointment. To locate your child's school, visit the FCS website.
Families will receive their child’s schedule for the 2026-2027 school year after registration is completed.
"I encourage parents and guardians to register early, as it gives our staff more time to prepare for the year ahead," said Superintendent Mark Kopp. "We are excited to welcome new students to the district and look forward to seeing our returning students back in the classroom this fall."
For questions or concerns regarding Online Registration, please contact the FCS Student Services Department.
