Last week, Franklin County DECA competed at the Region 4 Conference held at Eastern Kentucky University, where our students delivered outstanding performances across multiple competitive events. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management, and our students demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and dedication throughout the conference.
This year, 45 Franklin County High School students competed, and 36 qualified for the State Career Development Conference (SCDC) in Louisville, Kentucky. We are incredibly proud of the hard work these students put into their projects and presentations, and we celebrate the following individuals and teams who advanced in their respective events:
