Student Champion of the Month!

Franklin County Schools is proud to celebrate Ayla Tolentino, a standout student at Bondurant Middle School and our Student Champion of the Month!

Ayla, who serves as Vice President of BMS’s FFA chapter, was formally recognized by the Kentucky State Senate for her groundbreaking achievement as a national finalist in the FFA Agriscience Fair. Her project in the Plant Systems category earned a Top 10 national ranking—the first time a Bondurant student has reached this level of distinction!

She's also a leader in her school, works hard in academics, and strives to help her peers.

Ayla’s dedication and leadership exemplify the values of COURAGE, curiosity, and collaboration—the very spirit of innovation that Franklin County Schools strives to cultivate in every student.

“We are incredibly proud of Ayla,” said BMS Principal Enoch Welch. “Her leadership showcases what being a Brave is all about.”

Congratulations, Ayla!
