Western Hills High School | Class of 2009

Franklin County Schools is proud to highlight the diverse and inspiring paths our alumni take after graduation. This week, we’re excited to feature Chelsea Woolums Hyman, a 2009 graduate of Western Hills High School.

✂️ A Career of Service and Transformation

Chelsea began her professional journey as a cosmetologist, serving the Frankfort community for nearly 15 years. Her passion for helping others feel confident and cared for has been a constant throughout her career.

In 2024, Chelsea took on a new role in public service as a 911 Dispatcher for Frankfort and Franklin County, continuing her commitment to supporting the community in a vital and meaningful way.

💚 FCS Roots

Chelsea’s educational journey began at Old Bridgeport, continued through Bondurant Middle, and culminated at Western Hills High School. Her story is a testament to the many ways FCS alumni contribute to the well-being and safety of our community.
