Franklin County Schools is proud to highlight the journeys of our alumni who are making a difference in their communities. This week, we’re excited to feature Madison Moore (Fitzgerald), a 2016 graduate of Franklin County High School.
👶 Supporting Families, Building Futures
After graduating from FCHS, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies with a concentration in Child Development from Eastern Kentucky University in 2020. Since then, she has dedicated her career to supporting families through her work with HANDS (Health Access Nurturing Development Services) in Frankfort.
Madison began as a Home Visitor and now serves as the Program Administrator, helping guide and support families during the critical early years of child development.
📸 A Creative Side
In addition to her work in family services, Madison also runs her own photography business, showcasing her creativity and passion for capturing life’s special moments.

Madison’s educational journey began at Hearn Elementary, continued through Elkhorn Middle, and culminated at Franklin County High School. Her story is a testament to the lasting impact of a supportive school community and dedicated educators.
