The Western Hills High School music department has once again made us proud, bringing home some incredible honors this weekend! Our talented band and choir traveled to Kings Island to compete in the prestigious “Music in the Parks” festival, showcasing their dedication and musical excellence.
On Friday evening, they performed at Loveland Middle School, delivering outstanding performances that set the stage for the competition. Despite a cold and rainy Saturday, our students embraced the day, enjoyed the park, and awaited the big moment—the awards ceremony!
When the results were announced, our WHHS musicians made history: 🏆 Choir – 1st Place High School Choir 🏆 Band – 1st Place High School Band 🥇 Band – Overall High Scoring High School Band with an impressive 90.7 score and a Superior Performance rating!
Their dedication, hard work, and passion for music continue to make our district proud. Congratulations to our talented students, incredible directors, and all who support our thriving music program. Way to go, WHHS! 🎶✨
