Just before spring break, on 5th April, Bondurant Middle School's Science Olympiad Team participated in the state tournament held at the University of Kentucky. Bondurant Braves survived the rough weather and a stiff competition from top performing schools, especially from the Louisville and Lexington region. Some schools across the state had entered three teams each (a total 45 students from each school), yet our Seven Braves performed very well. A total of 26 teams participated and the Braves took the 13th spot just because we had a small team and seven students could not participate in all the events.
