We are thrilled to announce Allen Neal as our STAFF Champion of the Month! As a teacher leader at our Career and Technical Center (CTC), Allen has built the electrician program from the ground up, dedicating countless hours to helping students discover their passion for electricity. He continually seeks opportunities to help our students shine.

Under Allen's guidance, his students have excelled in Skills USA testing and various other areas. They have also undertaken community projects, such as rewiring a mobilized wheelchair and a house, all free of charge for local residents.

What truly sets Mr. Neal apart is his commitment beyond the classroom. He is a constant presence at events, always there to cheer on our students.
