Our 2026 Spring screening dates for the 2026-2027 school year are April 17th, May 1st, and May 14th, 2026. Once the screening is complete, families are informed if their child is eligible to receive interventions in an area of concern or if the family is eligible based on household income, pending income verification. You can schedule an appointment using this form.

If you are the parent or guardian of a 3 or 4-year-old child that you believe could be at risk for educational failure, please schedule a screening using this form.
