FCS offers the following unique benefits for ALL full-time employees.

💙4% pay increase for all employees - in addition to the annual step increase in pay (which is approximately 1%). This increase also supplements the 2% raises made in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

💚PAID parental leave for all full-time employees - 15 days of paid leave parental leave will be granted for the birthing parent, non-birthing parent, or adoptive parents.

💙 3 emergency + 3 personal days - Those days that do not get utilized will carry over as sick days the following school year.

💚 1% district match on 403b - For all full-time employees who participate with American Fidelity. We are only 1 of 3 districts in the state to offer this!
