P-EBT Round 3 Information


The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is preparing for a round 3 of P-EBT benefits. P-EBT is the Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer. Several of our Franklin County students will qualify for this benefit. The round 3 benefits will be distributed before May 2021. All students at CEP schools are eligible for this benefit and will receive a P-EBT card in the mail; there is no action required for families of students attending a CEP school. However, for families of students that attend a non-CEP school, you need to take action. The students attending a non-CEP school which qualify for the P-EBT benefit are those students that also qualify for free-reduced priced meals. If you have already completed a USDA Free-Reduced Application for the 20-21 school year, thank you; there is no other action required from you.  If you have not, then please consider completing the online application below:

FCS Free & Reduced Application

Students at non-CEP schools that qualify for free-reduced priced meals will receive a P-EBT card; however, you must complete the application in order to determine if you are eligible for free-reduced priced meals. Please see a list of our non-CEP schools below:
