If you need to make changes (add or remove phone numbers) to your notification options via the One Call Now system, please contact the school where your child is enrolled.
If you wish to add cell phones or other numbers besides your main household phone line, then you need to contact each school where you may have a child enrolled. If just updating the main number for your household, only one update is needed.
To remove a number from the system, you must follow the options given once the message is played for you. NOTE: This will remove your number from all future calls, for any reason, from the One Call Now System. FCPS employees will not be able to add your number back without contact One Call Now tech support.
