WAYS TO HELP:
Do you know someone who sews? All skill levels are welcome! Each year, we have a team of 20+ seamstresses in our alterations department, aka "the sweatshop". We would like to continue to add members to this group. (There are also ways to assist with sewing throughout the year.) Please email Mrs. Snow directly, with contact information of ladies willing to assist.
We are looking for an army of volunteers to help with clean up this year. We always get the job done, but this is an area we would like to improve. Men, women, and youth can arrive at 2:30pm on Saturday, March 16th. Plan to work for two hours. Please sign up online,
Are you available to work during the day on Thursday, March 14th? We need a team to help organize the dress racks. Please email Mrs. Amy Snow directly.
Food for Cinderellas - We need donations of cookies, cupcakes, pretzels, fruit, and vegetables. All donations can be dropped off in the church kitchen, (second floor of the Wesley Center), 9am-5pm, Friday, March 15, or by 9am on Saturday, March 16. Please email Mrs. Snow directly and let her know what you can bring.
Cinderella's Closet would not be possible without financial donations. You can sponsor a new plus-size dress for $75; a set of jewelry for $10; a pair of shoes for $15. Please send all donations to Cinderella's Closet, c/o First United Methodist Church, 211 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601. Checks made payable to Cinderella's Closet. You will receive a tax donation form.
As always, thank you for helping us Turn Dresses Into Dreams!
