Congratulations to the Bondurant 7th Grade Battle of the Books team who conquered Elkhorn Middle in an excellent battle today! It was obvious that they did some serious reading to prepare for this competition. Way to make Bondurant proud. [ for more]

Collins Lane Elementary School won the 4th Grade Battle of the Books, an annual competition between the elementary schools in Franklin County and the Frankfort Independent Schools.
The Battle is a culminating event of sorts, as students are encouraged to read from a list of books throughout the school year and then compete in the "Battle," where they are asked questions about the stories they've read and then reply with the name of the correct book.
