Welcome Mr. Kyle Lee, Our New Principal!
A Message from Mr. Lee:

Greetings Hearn Family!

My name is Kyle Lee, and I will be your new principal for the upcoming school year. I am very excited to have this opportunity and look forward to meeting and learning about each one of you. My goal over the next couple of years is to help push the school into the top 10% of elementary schools in the state of Kentucky along with being recognized as a school of excellence. With the wonderful staff and awesome student work ethic, I have no doubt that together we can help each another achieve this goal. Please stay tuned for more information over meet and greet sessions that will take place this summer, as I would love to meet as many of the students, parents, and community members as possible. Thank you again for your continued support of this school, and I look forward to working with all of you to achieve the goals set before us. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at 502-695-6760 or

Enjoy the remainder of summer. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Recycle Your Ink Cartridges and Cell Phones With Us!
Please send in used printer ink cartridges and old cell phones. There is a drop off box in front of the Cafeteria and in the Library. You may also send them to Ms. Burch (Office) or Ms. Nelson (Library). You'll be doing your part for the environment and Hearn will receive $$$ to benefit our students.
Save Those Pull Tabs!!
We are collecting the pull tabs from soda cans to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House. This is a place where families can stay for free when they must travel from their home to be with children who are in the hospital. This is another way our students can learn about helping others in our community.
