6th Grade Battle of the Books Field Trip

On Tuesday, April 24th, all BMS 6th grade students will ride buses to KSU to attend the Battle of the Books Competition against Elkhorn Middle School.  Three of the Battle books were read in your child’s Language Arts classes this year.  We will be leaving after morning announcements and will return before lunch.  There are no fees associated with this trip and lunch will not be affected. Those students that were invited to Spring Break Remediation but did not attend, and those with more than two D-halls, any Friday Schools, ATPs, or suspensions during the third trimester will stay at BMS. If for any reason you do not wish your child to attend the Battle of the Books, please notify your child’s Language Arts teacher by Monday, April 23rd.  If we do not hear from you, we will assume your child has permission to participate in this grade-level event.  Kristy.Standifer@franklin.kyschools.us orkatie.reager@franklin.kyschools.us or Ashley.gary@franklin.kyschools.usnormal'>
