Registration Information


We are excited to announce that we have moved to online registration for ALL students!! 
 
ALL students (new and returning) must enroll online prior to the start of each school year. 
 

District-Wide Enrollment Event

We will be holding a district-wide enrollment event for all students Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 12:00 - 6:30 at Elkhorn Middle School. Representatives from ALL schools, along with district personnel, will be present to assist with enrollment. 
 
What to bring for ALL enrollees:
  1. Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease, deed)

What to bring for NEW enrollees:

  1. Student's Official Birth Certificate
  2. Updated Immunization
  3. Physical
  4. Important Medical Information
  5. Name, Address, and Phone Number of Last School Attended
  6. Name, Date of Birth and Telephone Number for Two Emergency Contacts  

New Students

If your child is an incoming Kindergartener or is new to the district, we urge you to attend our District-Wide Enrollment Event (information above). If you are unable to attend the event, please contact your child's respective school to make an appointment to enroll. Although new student registration is also online, you must be present at a school to activate the online registration. New students cannot register online from home.

Returning Students

Returning students can register anytime through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account. Any parent without an active Parent Portal Account will need to read the information under "Infinite Campus Parent Portal" located on this page and/or contact their child's respective school for assistance. All students must complete the online registration process prior to the first day of school to be enrolled. Student schedules and homeroom information will not be released until online registration is completed. 

Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Do you have an active Infinite Campus Parent Portal account? As a parent, you will need an active account to register your child online each school year. 
 
Infinite Campus is a district-wide student information system designed to manage attendance, grades, schedules, assessments, and other information about our students. Parents/guardians have access to Campus Portal which is a confidential and secure website that allows you to log in and view your child's progress in school. There is also an app available for both iOS and Android devices. Logging into the Campus Portal will allow you to view the following real-time information about your child:
  • Demographics
  • Schedule
  • Assignments
  • Grades
  • Attendance
  • Health
  • Household Information
  • FCS District Calendar

If you do not have an active account, it's easy to create one! All parents should have received a letter in the mail with a personalized 32 digit Activation Key for account creation purposes. If you did not recieve this letter or have misplaced it, please contact your child's respective school to obtain your acticvation key. You must have your activation key to create your parent account. After you have located your activation key, follow the instructions here to create your account.
