Welcome! All NEW to the district families are asked to register in person at their school and bring the listed required documents with you. You will register ALL your students at one location on the same online application, regardless of the student's grade level. Please tell your registrar if you have more than one student enrolling.
- Proof of Residence in your name - Lease or mortgage papers, utility bill (gas, water, electric)
- Student's Official Birth Certificate
- Updated Immunization - must be on a Kentucky Certificate
- Physical, Athletic Physical (if playing sports- KHSAA)
- Important Medical Information
- Name, Address, and Phone Number of Last School Attended
- Name, Date of Birth and Telephone Number for Two Emergency Contacts
At the beginning of each school year, all RETURNING families are required to sign in to their parent portal accounts to verify information, sign off on “first of the year” paperwork, and complete registration. If you DO NOT have a portal account, contact Debbra Nauert (email@example.com) for an Activation Key. After you are logged in Parent Portal, on the left hand side, go to "MORE" > Online Registration.

STEP 1 - LOG IN - Go to the Parent Portal at http://www.franklin.kyschools.us/ > PARENTS > Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
a) FORGOT PASSWORD – After your first log-in, you will then be able to reset your password using the “forgot password” link.
b) NEW USER -If you HAVE NEVER set up a PARENT Portal Account, contact your school to get an ACTIVATION KEY, then log in to Portal as "NEW USER". After you log in, go to step #2 below.
c) FORGOT USER NAME – email registrar to retrieve your user name then follow above notes for password reset if needed.
